| Microsoft warns users jailbreaking could brick WP7 phones Posted: 26 Nov 2010 08:07 AM PST Today Microsoft released a statement related to the recent reports of the ChevronWP7 jailbreaking tool. Microsoft said: "We anticipated that people would attempt to unlock the phones and explore the underlying operating system. We encourage people to use their Windows Phone as supplied by the manufacturer to ensure the best possible user experience. Attempting to unlock a device could void the warranty, disable phone functionality, interrupt access to Windows Phone 7 services or render the phone permanently unusable." Read the full story here. |

That's $25 cheaper than the standard $48.88 that Wirefly usually charges for the phone. To take advantage of the offer you'll need to use coupon code 'wfmytouch49'. The price only applies to new T-Mobile customers. The myTouch 4G runs on T-Mobile's "4G" HSPA+ network, offers a 5 megapixel camera with 720p HD video recording, and runs Android 2.2 Froyo.
