Samsung Galaxy Precedent is first Android smartphone for TracFone Posted: 20 Aug 2011 07:15 AM PDT Prepaid carrier TracFone is gearing up to launch its first Android smartphone for its Straight Talk brand that is offered at Walmart. The device is a rebranded version of the Samsung Galaxy Prevail for Boost Mobile called the Galaxy Precedent.
