Video: HTC EVO 3D (Sprint) video tour - part 1 of 2

The HTC EVO 3D is the successor to the EVO 4G that launched on Sprint last year. Pretty much everything about the EVO 3D is upgraded over the EVO 4G, including a faster, dual-core 1.2GHz processor, a higher resolution qHD screen, and Android 2.3 Gingerbread with HTC Sense 3.0. Of course the star attraction of the EVO 3D is the 3D-capable, glasses-free display and dual-cameras that can record video and stills in 3D. Aside from the 3D novelty, the EVO 3D is one of the fastest Android phones we have used, as you can see in the video.

LightSquared, Sprint team up for 4G LTE network in 15-year deal

Bloomberg is reporting that start-up network LightSquared has struck a deal with Sprint to produce a 4G LTE network that Sprint would utilize. The deal is said to be good for 15 years.

Shazam adds lyric discovery, playback to iOS apps

Popular music discovery tool Shazam has announced a new feature for its Shazam Encore and (SHAZAM) RED apps for the iOS platform. Utilizing technology from recently acquired Tunezee, the new Shazam apps will allow users to view the lyrics of a song as it is discovered by the apps.
