RIM offering BlackBerry Playbook extended service plans available Posted: 14 May 2011 07:13 AM PDT BlackBerry-maker RIM is now offering extended service plans for its recently launched PlayBook tablet. Currently RIM offers a warranty of one year for the tablet. U.S. and Canadian Playbook owners can now extend service for an additional year for $129.
