Amazon lists the Motorola DROID RAZR for $111.11 ahead of Verizon's launch Posted: 11 Nov 2011 05:18 AM PST Verizon Wireless may be planning to launch the Motorola DROID RAZR later this morning at 11:11 a.m., but that hasn't stopped Amazon from putting the world's thinnest smartphone up for sale a wee bit early, and for a much lower price to boot. Taking the 11/11/11 theme even further, Amazon is offering the DROID RAZR for $111.11 with a new two-year contract, a cool $188.88 less than Verizon plans to charge for it. It seems that a lot of people have jumped on this promotion already, as Amazon is showing an 8 to 9 day backorder for the RAZR, though it appears that you can still place your order and get the discounted price. Amazon is running the low price for only one day, so make sure you get your order in today if you want to take advantage of it. Before you do that, make sure you read our full review of the Motorola DROID RAZR from earlier this week. Read the full story here. |
