Google+ for Android update brings back the homescreen widget

Google's most recent update to the Google+ app for Android brought a whole new interface, but at at the same time removed the useful homescreen widget that so many users were fond of. Thankfully, Google has rectified the situation with another update for the Google+ app released this week. Version 2.2.1 of the Google+ app restores the homescreen widget for quick posts on the go and addresses some bugs that were left in the previous build. Users can download the update from the Android Market for free now.
