Apple iPhone OS 4.0 beta 2 now available Posted: 20 Apr 2010 12:06 PM PDT Today Apple released the second beta version of iPhone OS 4.0 to developers. Apple hasn't released notes of what's new in the latest version, but it follows up on the first beta released just weeks ago, so we figure it probably fixes some bugs. iPhone OS 4.0 adds multitasking functionality, as well as a host of other features. It is expected to be available for the iPhone 3GS and the third generation iPod touch this summer. Read the full story here. |

Apple iPad 3G in stores at 5pm on April 30th Posted: 20 Apr 2010 05:58 AM PDT Today Apple announced that anyone who has preordered the Wi-Fi + 3G version of the iPad will receive the device on Friday, April 30th. Bluetooth 4.0 expected to launch by end of Q2, Bluetooth SIG says Posted: 20 Apr 2010 05:52 AM PDT The Bluetooth special interest group (SIG) today said that the latest version of its wireless technology, Bluetooth 4.0, will be available at the end of the second quarter.
