The 2013 version of the Nexus 7 tablet is now receiving its Android 4.4.4 update today, a day after the factory image for the patch was released. As this is Google stock Android tablet, the build update here is the bare bones 4.4.4 package and minus the extras that OEM's put onto the bump. That means this is a tiny little package that weighs in at just 2.4MB and should be downloadable in no time at all.
