Verizon posts mixed Q3 financials Posted: 21 Oct 2014 12:31 PM PDT Verizon, the largest carrier in the United States, posted its third quarter financial results and revealed a mixed bag in terms of performance. Big Red fell below analyst predictions for per share price, clocking in at $0.89 instead of the estimated $0.92 through the period. However, there was some growth for the carrier through the period. T-Mobile adds EYE Experience to HTC One M8 Posted: 21 Oct 2014 11:23 AM PDT T-Mobile has issued the EYE Experience update for its variant of the HTC One M8 flagship smartphone. Nokia HERE Maps lands on Android Posted: 21 Oct 2014 09:46 AM PDT Just recently Nokia launched its HERE Maps service for select Samsung Galaxy devices through Samsung's own app service. Now the Finnish company is going a step further and has rolled out HERE Maps for the wider Android community. Apple's massive Q4: $42.1 billion revenue, $8.5 billion profit Posted: 21 Oct 2014 05:03 AM PDT Apple has announced its Q4 (calendar Q3) results and the numbers are typically outstanding, as good as they have ever been during the September quarter actually.
