Verizon has today launched the Motorola built DROID Turbo, the carrier's exclusive flagship heavyweight. The exclusive smartphone business model is dying, but Verizon is still giving it a go and with the DROID Turbo the company has one of the very best smartphones on the market. Motorola has taken the best parts of the Moto X and the Motorola built Google Nexus 6 to build this device, and the DROID Turbo is at least every bit as good as those handsets.

HTC One M8 getting EYE Experience with Sprint

The HTC One M8 has been getting the new EYE Experience software recently, with the update landing on the international variant and on Verizon and T-Mobile in the US. Last week, Sprint updated its One M8 with international Wi-Fi calling, but failed to include the EYE Experience, saying it would arrive shortly.
