Consumer Reports says Verizon's iPhone has same "death grip" issues as AT&T's Posted: 27 Feb 2011 10:55 AM PST Consumer Reports has been one of the most vocal critics of Apple's iPhone 4, due to the external design of its antenna. It was thought that the new version of the device, which runs on Verizon's network, would manage to avoid the death grip issues that plagued AT&T's model, but CR says that is simply not the case. The publication claims that a single misplaced finger can still cause droped calls in weak signal areas, something that does not happen with the other Verizon devices it tested at the same time.
