Motorola issues statement regarding ITC preliminary ruling in its favor against Apple Posted: 16 Jan 2012 05:27 AM PST Today Motorola issued a statement on the favorable ruling it received in its International Trade Commission battle against Apple. The administrative law judge in the case found that Motorola did not infringe upon any of the three patents named in Apple's suit.
