Motorola confirms Android L for the Moto X Posted: 05 Aug 2014 06:52 AM PDT In terms of flagship devices, the Motorola Moto X is getting a little long in the tooth, so much so that the flagship is due to be replaced by the Moto X+1 sometime at the end of this summer. However, thanks to Motorola's soon to be severed ties to Google, the device is still extremely close to the Android platform and the company has confirmed it will be one of the non-Google handsets to get the Android L update. LG to launch the G3 Stylus... a Galaxy Note 4 rival? Posted: 05 Aug 2014 05:15 AM PDT There are a few reasons why Samsung's Galaxy Note range of smartphones have been the standalone kings of the phablet niche. Arguably the chief reason is the S Pen, a stylus lookalike that actually has a lot more going for it and has never really been mimicked by other large screen devices.
