LG has today rolled out an LTE version of its G Pad 8.0, bringing superfast data connection to the small tablet. The company issued a press release stating that the new variation of the slate will begin shipping in Europe next week, before moving to Central and South America, Asia, and Russia in the following weeks.

Huawei's Ascend D7 to hit IFA

Chinese juggernaut Huawei has scheduled its press event for the IFA trade show in Berlin and will take to the stage September 4th. It is thought that the company will launch its Ascend Mate 3 flagship at the show, but that may not be the actual device from the Ascend range landing in Germany.
