Samsung will unveil the Galaxy S IV in a matter of hours, and there will be a Galaxy S4 live stream of the event. New York City residents can visit Times Square for a special live announcement, but you can watch the Galaxy S4 livestream from Radio City Music Hall to see Samsung's next Android smartphone. We've already seen several leaks claiming to be the Galaxy S IV, and there's even been a few software leaks as appetizers, but the main course starts at 7 PM ET / 4PM PST. AT&T 4G LTE launches in areas of Georgia and Tennessee, expands elsewhere

AT&T has begun another round of 4G LTE launches. The carrier today confirmed that its 4G LTE network is now accessible in Cleveland, Tenn., and Augusta, Ga. It also expanded its reach in a couple of existing markets.
