LG Class Clears FCC on Way to AT&T

We told you on the weekend how the LG Class is arriving in Europe and the LG Zero and that the handset is likely to make its debut in the United States on AT&T. It seems as though our crystal ball was in full working order as the LG Class has now passed through the FCC in the U.S. and is bound for the nation's second largest carrier, AT&T.

Qualcomm makes Snapdragon 820 Official

Qualcomm is putting the problems of the Snapdragon 810 firmly behind it with the launch of the Snapdragon 820, a new flagship chipset that was launched today. Of course, the arrival of Qualcomm's new flag waving silicon has wide ramifications for the rest of the smartphone industry as many of the next generation of high end handsets will be packing this processor.

Google Maps Brings Offline Navigation to Android Today

While Google Maps has been the go to navigation package for most people over the years, there are rival packages that sport features that Google's offering lacks. For example, Nokia's HERE Maps has been offering offline navigation for a very long time and since its debut on Android last year it has given users on the platform a very potent alternative to Google Maps.

Microsoft Lumia 950 Landing November 20 with AT&T

Microsoft's new Lumia 950 is an excellent smartphone. It has Windows 10 Mobile, has a good list of specs, and is even competitively prices. However, we have discussed before how the handset being a success will be a tall order because of hoe limited it is. In the United States the Lumia 950 will be available only through AT&T, with the carrier announcing that the handset will be available from November 20th.

Huawei P9 Max Blitzes AnTuTu

Huawei has had a really busy year through 2015, but the company continue to rout handsets. So much so that it is sometimes hard to keep up, but the next smartphone to be launched should stand out from the crowd. It is the Huawei P9 Max, a device that is expected to launch November 29th and will be the Chinese company's new phablet flagship.

Vivo X6 Real World Image

We told you about the Vivo X6 last week, a blazing flagship smartphone that will come with unique hardware, such as 1GB of dedicated graphic RAM. The device has not been unveiled officially yet, but it will be soon and today we are having a first glimpse of the X6 in a official photo. As you can see in the image above you can see that this is a large handset.
