Apple Interested in FDA Approved Wearable

The Apple Watch is a solid piece of kit, and it has become comfortably the biggest selling smartwatch on the market. However, it is probably not the seismic shift in the market that we expected it to be and in terms of some areas (health and fitness) there are more robust wearable options. Apple is definitely interested in the health sector though and Tim Cook says the company is working on an FDA approved product that is not a smartwatch.

TAG Heuer Connected: First Android Wear Luxury Smartwatch

Swiss based luxury watch maker TAG Heuer announced earlier this year that it would enter the wearable market with its first ever smartwatch. Not much else was revealed by the company, although we knew this was going to be an expensive entry in the market. That?s entirely true as the TAG Heuer Connected was unveiled today as the first truly luxurious smartwatch on the Android Wear platform.

HTC One X9 is not Flagship After-all

Burned again. Yesterday we told you about the HTC One X9, a smartphone that will be arriving early next year that was reported to have blazing specs. We argued it should be the flagship the company should have delivered with the One A9, but were cautious because HTC's output has been patchy this year. Our misgiving proved correct as several reputed sources are saying today that the One X9 will not come with high end specs at all.
