| Google Galaxy Nexus smartphone hit with preliminary injunction in the U.S. Posted: 30 Jun 2012 05:56 AM PDT  Last night, Judge Lucy Koh of the U.S. District Court in California ruled on Apple's request for a preliminary injunction on sales of the Google Galaxy Nexus smartphone in the U.S. The smartphone, which is built by Samsung, was found to be possibly infringing upon one of Apple's patents and has now been banned from sale in the U.S. Read the full story here.
