Apple Could Struggle on back of iPhone 5s Sales Increase

Apple has huge success, stands atop the tech world, and then analysts get all worried and start spelling doom for the company. It is a cycle that has been playing out for years and now we are getting our first spot of doom mongering regarding the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus. Andy Perkins, an analyst from Societe Generale says an increase in sales of the older iPhone 5s could be worrying for the iPhone 6 range.

The company had shifted 1.6 million smartphone after just six hours and then managed to pace itself to a staggering 2.11 million units by the close of the day. The regular 5-incn 720p ASUS ZenFone 2 is a fine device, and at $158 it is a bargain too; the truth is thought, all eyes are really on the 4GB of RAM 1080p variant of the handset. In Taiwan this beefier high end bothering device has a price tag of around $285, still plenty of bang for your buck considering its solid specs. Unfortunately is will not be quite so cheap in the United States.

AT&T Fined for Customer Data Breach

AT&T has been slapped with a $25 million fine by the FCC for breaching customer information to obtain unlock codes for mobile devices. During a six month period between November 2013 and April 2014, the second largest carrier in the United States used offshore centers to access and take customer information.

Sprint Brings Free Wi-Fi Calling to iPhone

Good news for iPhone users on Sprint today as the Now Network has revealed that those rocking Apple's smartphones will now get free Wi-Fi calling. The third largest carrier in the United States says that an update will be rolling out to the iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 5s, and iPhone 5c during the next week.

HTC Says One M9+ Definitely not coming to Europe and USA

HTC launched the One M9 Plus yesterday and while we loved the handset, we were scathing of the need to even release it. The device is going to be an exclusive in China and Asia, and HTC has confirmed that the One M9 will not be launched in Europe of the United States. That confirms what we already knew, putting an official stamp on the release of the smartphone flagship.
