Gmail adds direct Reply, Archive, and Delete actions to Android 4.1 notifications

Add this to the list of great things you can do with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean notifications. Google has updated the Gmail Android app to enable the ability to reply, archive, or delete messages while still in the notification drawer. Users no longer have to visit the Gmail app to take action, provided that they have a phone running Android 4.1 or later. Phones running Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich should also update for faster email search and improved performance.Download Gmail
