Samsung Galaxy S 4 U.S. Cellular pre-orders start April 16 Posted: 29 Mar 2013 09:01 AM PDT U.S. Cellular has announced that it will begin accepting pre-orders for the Samsung Galaxy S 4 on April 16. Following the lead of AT&T, which also confirmed April 16 as the start of its pre-order process, U.S. Cellular will let customers reserve the Galaxy S 4 in mid April. Price and general availability have not yet been announced, but customers can visit the U.S. Cellular Samsung Galaxy S 4 pre-order page to sign-up to receive more information.
