Windows Phone users will soon gain the ability to browse files stored on their smartphone. Windows Phone manager Joe Belfiore has announced in a reddit AMA that Microsoft will soon introduce a File Manager app for WP 8.1.

Sprint today announced a new add-on for its Framily plans that will offer subscribers the ability to place international phone calls to landlines and mobile devices in dozens of countries, or send unlimited text messages to several dozen more.
