| Google shipping 65,000 Android phones daily Posted: 14 May 2010 09:23 AM PDT During Google's annual shareholder meeting, CEO Eric Schmidt said that there are 65,000 Android powered devices shipping daily across 49 countries. He also added that there are currently 34 devices running the operating system. "It looks like Android is going to be either the number one or number two player," Schmidt said. | Sprint HTC EVO 4G preorders begin at RadioShack today Posted: 14 May 2010 06:18 AM PDT RadioShack announced that, starting today, you can preorder the Sprint HTC EVO 4G smartphone in any of its 4,000 retail stores. To preorder, you'll first need to purchase a $50 RadioShack gift card, which will be applied towards the $199.99 purchase price.
