AT&T launches online store appointment tool Posted: 23 Apr 2013 11:09 AM PDT AT&T Mobility has set-up a new reservation system to help customers lower the amount of time spent at wireless stores. Customers, both existing and potential, can now visit att.com/storeappointment to book an appointment at the nearest AT&T store or device support center. The reservation tool takes customer information and provides a list of available appointment times during store hours. AT&T still accepts walk-ins at its retail locations and support centers, but having a set time will make it easier for customers to be assisted on busy days. Read the full story here. |

Netflix launching family plan to let up to four devices stream movies at the same time Posted: 23 Apr 2013 05:35 AM PDT Netflix users who share their accounts with friends or family members are sometimes unable to stream movies and TV shows because Netflix limits accounts to two simultaneous streams.
