AT&T launches online store appointment tool

AT&T Mobility has set-up a new reservation system to help customers lower the amount of time spent at wireless stores. Customers, both existing and potential, can now visit att.com/storeappointment to book an appointment at the nearest AT&T store or device support center. The reservation tool takes customer information and provides a list of available appointment times during store hours. AT&T still accepts walk-ins at its retail locations and support centers, but having a set time will make it easier for customers to be assisted on busy days.

Netflix launching family plan to let up to four devices stream movies at the same time

Netflix users who share their accounts with friends or family members are sometimes unable to stream movies and TV shows because Netflix limits accounts to two simultaneous streams. A new plan launching soon will double that cap to four devices streaming video at the same time.
