Microsoft claims Google executives forced YouTube to not deliver a better Windows Phone experience

In a new blog post concerning its longstanding issues with Google's alleged anticompetitive behavior, Microsoft today claims that YouTube employees it has spoken to admit that senior Google executives told them to not build a proper Windows Phone app.

CTIA Wireless Association trade shows will consolidate to one annual event in 2014

CTIA - The Wireless Association has announced that it will cease hosting semi-annual mobile trade shows and instead launch a "super mobile industry trade show" to begin in the fall next year.

ESPN releases WatchESPN app for Amazon Kindle Fire tablets

ESPN has made its WatchESPN app, which streams live broadcasts and on-demand content from the ESPN family of networks, available to the Amazon Kindle Fire line of Android tablets. WatchESPN has been available in the Amazon Appstore but has not been compatible with the Amazon Kindle Fire, Kindle Fire HD, and Kindle Fire HD 8.9 until now. The app streams sports broadcasts from ESPN, ESPN 2, ESPN 3, ESPN U, and ESPN Goal Line/Buzzer Beater. A TV subscription with Brighthouse, Cablevision, Comcast, Cox, Midcontinent Time Warner, or Verizon FiOS TV is required to use the app. - Download WatchESPN
