Better late than never. Samsung has today launched the Galaxy Note 5 in Platinum Gold in the United States; easily our favorite color for the company's flagship phablet. We love the Note 5 in all guises, but in its gold form it is a true looker, one of the very sexiest smartphones on the market, classy and elegant in spades.

YouTube Music launched today for users of Android and iOS, downloadable from those platforms respective app stores. This is the latest music streaming service that will be taking the fight to the likes of Spotify, Apple Music, and Pandora. Google's YouTube Music has a potential ace card in that it also delivers video content, building on the services roots as an online video portal.

Verizon Unveils Ellipsis 10 Tablet

Verizon has today unveiled its Ellipsis 10 tablet, a slate that had been first leaked last month and comes with one particular standout feature. The 10.1-inch Ellipsis comes with a frankly massive 9100mAh, which is the largest juicer on any 4G LTE slate that Big Red sells, from any company.
