LG predicts 40 percent of smartphones will bend like the G Flex by 2020

LG is gung-ho about devices like the G Flex that are capable of bending or curving to accommodate different features. LG is so confident in the form factor that it estimates 4 out of 10 smartphones will have similar features in the next seven years.
