The LG G2 will be officially unveiled August 7, but LG has chosen today, July 30, to announce the first case for its upcoming flagship Android smartphone. Here's a look at QuickWindow, LG's case that's similar to Samsung's S-View flip cover case.

Instagram starts auto-deleting photos uploaded by Windows Phone client Instance

The lack of an official Instagram Windows Phone app has been in a thorn in the side of many Nokia Lumia fans, but third-party app Instance has attempted to fill in that gap by using a workaround to upload photos to Instagram. Those photos are now being deleted without prejudice.

Sprint 4G LTE launches in Philadelphia, Portland, Oakland, and 38 other cities

The Sprint 4G LTE network fell behind the deployment schedule that the carrier originally hoped to see, but the Now Network is today launching in dozens of cities and towns. Sprint is today launching in 41 new markets throughout the country, raising its total number of markets to 151.

Sprint today reported its earnings for the second quarter of 2013 and revealed that the company lost money. Sprint also lost millions of customers that it will have to win back with a new strategy deployed under new owners.
