HTC One Mini launching on AT&T August 23 Posted: 19 Aug 2013 08:39 AM PDT AT&T will be very busy this week. In addition to selling the Moto X through Moto Maker and launching the Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3, AT&T also confirmed that it will debut the HTC One Mini. A smaller and lower-specced version of the HTC One, the One Mini has a 1.4 GHz dual-core processor and a 4.3-inch Super LCD display with 720p resolution.
