New Nexus 10 tablet will be made by ASUS

When Google created the first official Nexus tablets last year, it partnered with ASUS for the 7-inch model and chose Samsung to create the larger 10-inch Android tablet with Samsung. The 2013 Nexus tablets will be consolidated to one manufacturer, according to reports.

Google Wallet ending support for gift and loyalty card NFC payments

Google said last year that it wants to make Wallet a true digital replacement for physical wallets, but the company will not be a suitable place to store gift cards and loyalty cards because Google Wallet may soon end support for those functions.
