T-Mobile turns on HSPA+ in Philadelphia, more markets coming in 2010

T-Mobile has rolled out HSPA+ in Philadelphia, a 3G network upgrade that provides theoretical download speeds of 21Mbps. The upgrade is seen as an interim step towards future 4G LTE technology.
