Windows Phone 8.1 has done plenty to give Microsoft's mobile platform a fighting chance in a market dominated by Android and iOS. The software has finally given the company a robust and complete feeling operating system, although Redmond still only has a minuscule share of the market. Samsung blames recent losses on poor smartphone sales
