Meizu is starting to look mature in the smartphone market. Sure, the company's output has always been good, with high specs very much the focus. However, the Chinese brand has increasingly started building the whole package in its handsets and record sales through 2014 attest to that balance of design and hardware. The company's next flagship, the MX5 is going to continue that new remit and as you expect it will be a highly spec'd beast too.

Apple Building Two Data Centers in Europe

Motorola Moto Maxx to Launch in India

The Motorola DROID Turbo is one of the highest spec'd smartphones on the market, but it is of course an exclusive in the US with the country's largest carrier, Verizon. However, Motorola also rolled out an international version, the equally special Moto Maxx, although it was a handset that was bizarrely only launched in Latin America.

T-Mobile Continues to Grow with Bumper Q4

T-Mobile has been going from strength to strength for a couple of years now and the company's ascension continued through the last quarter and through 2014 as a whole. The Magenta Network added 2.1 million net subscribers in the United States throughout the fourth quarter period, while over the year 8.3 million new subscribers were added.

Carphone Warehouse Starts Registrations for Samsung Galaxy S6

We still not know exactly when the Samsung Galaxy S6 will be made available to consumers, but we do at least know it will be coming to the UK. Of course, Samsung's flagship was always going to land in Europe's biggest market, but retailer Carphone Warehouse just put an official stamp on it. The multi-location outlet revealed that it is accepting registrations for the Galaxy S6 now.
