Sony Mobile Division Loses Money

Sony has released numerous good to excellent smartphones over the last year, but the company just cannot catch a break. Its devices for one reason or another are not finding a consistent consumer base, even if some of them deserve to be more popular. The company's mobile Xperia division slipped as a result, but Sony still turned in net and operating profit thanks to its flying games (PlayStation), and entertainment businesses.

AT&T has delayed its planned update of the HTC One M8 and M9 older flagships to Android 6.0 Marshmallow, according to the company. The news was dropped by HTC's Mo Versi, the go to guy for all things HTC updates in the United States, while he said the company is working hard to get the update approved in the next couple of weeks.

Unlocked HTC 10 Coming to United States

HTC will be launching the unlocked version of the 10 flagship in the United States during the coming week, according to the company's Jeff Gordon. The Taiwanese giant says that the device will be shipping this week for those who don't want the Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon, or other carrier versions fo the handset.
